Refund policy


We do things differently, because we want you to love your fragrance! With every fragrance order we will include a sample of the fragrance you purchased so you will get to try it out first - no more blind-buy fails!

If you don't like it, no worries - just send the unopened fragrance back to us for a $15 flat shipping fee.

 

Refund Policy

Fragrance Products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Should a product be returned in any other condition than previously stated, our quality control team will assess it. If accepted, the value of the return will be based on the product's condition and will be provided as a store credit only. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to only offer a 50% refund. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on samples, discovery sets or body lotions. 

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on orders outside of Canada  

Items Damaged or Lost in Shipping

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. Return processes mentioned above apply to Canadian orders only. Savour Faire does not handle international returns. We do not cover shipping costs, potential customs fees, or provide shipping labels for international returns. If you are a customer outside of Canada and want to return an item, you must arrange for it to be shipped to us. We are not liable if we do not get your return or if it is lost in transit.

A $15.00 flat return fee is associated with shipping the product back unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Should your order get marked as "delivered" by the carrier despite not being received, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@savourfaire.com

If we deem your order lost or undelivered, we will send you a replacement immediately. By agreeing to receive a replacement, you are waiving your rights to a monetary refund should you decide to return this replacement item. Store credit will be issued instead.
