Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of order placement. We put forth our best effort to expedite all orders. For any item pre-orders we will email you with an ETA and provide you with the opportunity to move forward or cancel the order if it is not suitable to you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct. Please review the shipping address to ensure there are no spelling errors, missing unit number, etc. We cannot redirect or cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If an error or missing information is flagged we will make our best effort to get in touch with you. If after 3 attempts we do not receive a response the order will be cancelled and refund processed according to the timeframes of your financial institution. 

Orders containing a large number of samples may take an additional 24-48 hours to ship. Other factors that may delay your order are severe weather or other emergency situations, issues with billing and shipping address’ not matching what is on file with the payment used, and security flags received from the bank or credit card company requiring us to confirm information before completing the shipment.

Transactions are subject to cancellation for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, import/export restrictions, carrier service limitations, etc.
